About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Mobile Device Management (MDM) Lead to spearhead our enterprise mobility strategy and elevate the mobile workplace experience. This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and optimizing our mobile device management infrastructure with a core focus on Microsoft Intune integration. Join us in driving innovation and creating a seamless, secure mobile environment for our workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement enterprise-wide MDM/MAM solutions using Microsoft Intune, emphasizing security, scalability, and usability.
Develop strategic roadmaps for mobile application deployment and management.
Conduct gap analyses to identify and address inefficiencies in the current mobile device management infrastructure.
Architect secure, scalable solutions for deploying corporate applications to mobile devices.
Drive initiatives to ensure seamless, cross-platform work experiences.
Provide thought leadership in mobile security architecture and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully execute MDM strategies.
Mentor and guide team members on mobile security best practices.
What We're Looking For
10+ years of experience in Mobile Device Management and Enterprise Mobility.
Expertise in architecting and implementing large-scale MDM/MAM systems.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Intune administration and configuration.
Deep understanding of iOS and Android operating systems, security frameworks, and enterprise features.
Strong background in mobile application development and secure deployment.
Hands-on experience with mobile application security and containerization.
Proven ability to create and execute comprehensive mobility roadmaps for large organizations.
Extensive knowledge of mobile device security protocols and compliance standards.
Technical Skills
Microsoft Intune and Enterprise Mobility + Security (EM+S) suite.
Mobile Application Management (MAM) policies and configurations.
Expertise in Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise deployment programs.
Familiarity with mobile application development and security frameworks.
Knowledge of cloud identity and access management solutions.
Proficiency with mobile security tools and compliance technologies.
Understanding of enterprise application deployment strategies.
Experience with API integration and app wrapping techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant certifications in Microsoft 365, Security, or Mobile Device Management.
Experience with zero-trust security architecture.
Familiarity with modern authentication protocols.
Proficiency in cross-platform development frameworks.
Background in Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solutions.
Experience with automation and scripting for MDM implementations.
Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
126,830 - 190,000, $ per annum
The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
