Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Mobile App Deployment & Support Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in mobile development, deployment, and production support. The role covers full mobile app lifecycle management for iOS and Android ensuring smooth releases, resolving complex issues, and supporting enterprise users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end mobile app deployment to the App Store, Play Store, and MDM platforms.

  • Diagnose and resolve app crashes, performance issues, and integration challenges.

  • Collaborate with developers on code fixes, enhancements, and release readiness.

  • Maintain build pipelines, certificates, provisioning profiles, and app versioning.

  • Provide Tier 2/3 support to end users and internal teams.

  • Prepare documentation, deployment steps, and release notes.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years in mobile app development, deployment, and support.

  • Strong expertise with iOS/Android platforms, CI/CD pipelines, build tools, and MDM solutions.

  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.
