  • Hands-on experience with networking (preferably in industrial environments), including architectures, configuration of equipment, networking security, and system security protocols
  • Strong knowledge of ICS and SCADA protocols such as Modbus and DNP3, along with Power Plant controllers and equipment like RTACs, relays, meters, GPS clocks, and other SCADA systems
  • Proficiency in Linux systems and administration, including Docker containers; DevOps experience is a bonus
  • Good programming skills, capable of delivering high-quality code in at least one of C, Python, or similar languages
  • Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills, able to identify and resolve issues in complex HW/SW systems at operational sites
  • Effective communicator with excellent attention to detail and an understanding of hardware/software development processes
  • Preferred: Experience with tools for big data analysis, such as SQL, InfluxDB, Grafana, or Splunk, to support site monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Preferred: Familiarity with batteries, power electronics, renewable energy products, electricity distribution systems, or industrial storage deployments, along with comfort working with high-power (50kW+) and/or high-voltage (1kVDC, 480VAC) products in field or site environments
