Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Workday HCM Reporting Analyst to join our HRIS or People Analytics team. This role will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing Workday reports and dashboards to support HR operations, business decision-making, and compliance requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain Workday HCM reports, including advanced, matrix, and composite reports.

  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to gather and translate reporting requirements into actionable Workday solutions.

  • Support dashboard creation, scorecards, KPIs, and visualizations using Workday Prism and/or Workday People Analytics (if applicable).

  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with security and privacy standards.

  • Troubleshoot report and data issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

  • Document report definitions, business rules, and technical specifications.

  • Support Workday upgrades by testing and validating reporting functionality and data integrity.

  • Participate in Workday enhancement projects, including functional configurations that impact reporting.

  • Provide training or knowledge-sharing sessions for HR team members and business users on accessing and interpreting reports.
