Job Info:
  • Schedule: Between the hours of 9 AM ? 5 PM EST. It would be 40 hours per week (35 paid hours, 1hr lunch each day at 1 PM EST)
  • Training: Company will provide the training and the tools/applications to be utilized
  • 3 months evaluation period.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Analyst with strong technical
knowledge of Software and Hardware support. Responsibilities include technical support,
root cause analysis, maintaining user records, and collaborating to improve processes
through research and automation. The role also involves development projects, creating
technical documentation, and monitoring system health.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform support to various technical issues raised by users, responding to queries and providing technical recommendations to prevent repeated problems and issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting software or systems issues.
  • Updating and maintaining user records within the Microsoft ecosystem and other related tools.
  • Researching, identifying, and testing potential solutions/systems with the IT and Operational Team that can help improve our productivity and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborating with the IT Manager and/or Team in improving the processes through research and analysis, reviews, reporting, automation, and knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in development projects related to the automation of processes, the building of applications, and integration between internal systems.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation including specifications, training material, and user guides.
  • Monitoring systems service health, upgrades, and downtime.
  • Other related and administrative tasks assigned by supervisor.


Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Experienced working as an Information Technology Analyst, Service/Help Desk Support or Technical Support.
  • Updated and knowledgeable with the latest technology trends including AI, Cloud computing, and IoT.
  • Experienced working on Microsoft 365 Ecosystem.
  • Should have the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Attention to details.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to work with various departments (IT, Operations, Sales, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education: Demonstrated advanced technical skills with a proven ability to learn quickly.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in both software and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Nice to have: Experienced in Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Business Central.
