Training Instructor (REL)
Pay: $20 $25/hour (includes 56 hours PTO)
Schedule & Location:
Shift: 8:00am 4:30pm CST / 9:00am 5:30pm EST
Locations: Winchester, VA; Pensacola, FL; or Vienna, VA
Hybrid: Onsite 3 days/week
Training: Two weeks of in-person, on-campus training
Experience Required: 1 5 years
Position Overview
The Training Instructor is responsible for delivering engaging and effective training programs across assigned business areas. This role partners closely with Instructional Designers to support the development, testing, and refinement of learning materials, including training modules, facilitator guides, lesson plans, and class schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate training sessions for employees in assigned areas.
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers to test and improve training content and learning activities.
- Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance learner engagement and outcomes.
- Assess operational processes to identify training needs and propose effective solutions.
- Conduct basic research and participate in routine tasks to support ongoing training programs.
- Analyze organizational challenges related to performance or process gaps and provide training-based recommendations.
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to management.
- Provide training support to branch leadership to meet operational goals.
- If selected for a Mortgage-MLO role, complete registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS), including fingerprinting and background checks, prior to starting relevant duties.
