Financial Business Analyst (Specializing in Asset Management or Wealth Management) || (Only G.C / U.S.C)

Essential Duties:
- Engage closely with the Product Management division to identify, record, and scrutinize both strategic business goals and nuanced operational functions.
- Spearhead discussions aimed at defining requirements for features of moderate complexity and associated reporting tools.
- Construct detailed user narratives and acceptance benchmarks while aiding in Agile-driven project iterations.
- Craft and conduct UAT protocols to validate product functionality before launch.
- Work interdepartmentally to boost procedural efficacy and reduce potential project stumbling blocks.
- Regularly update personal knowledge regarding financial instruments, client industry practice, and overarching technological framework.
- Actively participate in, and contribute to, both efficiency fine-tuning and career advancement exercises.
Professional Expertise & Credentials:
- A collegiate degree in fields such as Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Mathematics.
- A minimum of five years' tenure working in capacities akin to a Business Analyst.
- A background in Financial Services operations, with a strong preference for Asset or Wealth Management experience.
- Knowledge of and experience with Agile workflow, Scrum framework, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- High level of capability with Microsoft Office tools, placing emphasis on Excel and Teams.
- Competence in SQL usage, as well as a broad understanding of data examination techniques.
- Superior skills in communication, systematic organization, and procedural documentation.
