Project Manager

Location: Texas (with long-term out-of-state travel as required)

Job Duties
  • Lead and oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional departments, subcontractors, and external suppliers to drive project success.
  • Monitor and control project scope, schedule, cost, and quality, proactively addressing issues and implementing corrective measures.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments, identify potential issues, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
  • Act as the primary external representative of the project, maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.
  • Organize and chair project meetings, providing progress updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout all project phases.
  • Manage project documentation, contracts, and change orders, ensuring proper approvals and adherence to corporate policies.
  • Support project close-out, including final inspections, punch lists, handover, and lessons-learned documentation.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field (Master's degree preferred).
  • PMP certification, PE license, or equivalent project management qualification are highly desirable.
  • 7+ years of proven experience in industrial project management, preferably within EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) environments.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering large-scale industrial, manufacturing, energy, or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional and multicultural teams effectively.
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent) and reporting tools.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience managing project budgets, contracts, and cost-control systems.
  • Knowledge of U.S. construction codes, safety regulations (e.g., OSHA), and quality management standards.
  • Willingness to accept long-term out-of-state travel and extended on-site project assignments as required.
