Role Lead Sales Associate

Location - remote mode

Overview:

Our client is seeking a dedicated Sales leader focused on Content & Media digital operation services with strong team collaboration and communication skills, strong Content/Data services knowledge, and prior experience working with and across organizations, as well as with the C-suite.

As a Sales leader, the focus will be on hunting New Logos.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and target mid-to-large enterprise accounts across industries for content services solutions (e.g., document management, records management, content capture, workflow automation, case management).

  • Lead sales cycles from prospecting through deal closure, including discovery, product demos, RFPs/RFIs, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Understand client pain points and deliver tailored solutions using our content services plat
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to ensure technical alignment and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and reports on sales performance.
  • Educate customers on trends in digital operations and- content management, information governance, and digital transformation.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build brand presence and client relationships.

Academic Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 10+ years of success in establishing new business relationships along with managing and growing your accounts
  • Proven history of being able to land and expand within accounts, driving additional pipeline, bookings, and revenue with existing customers
  • Demonstrated success in owning and leading new sales initiatives
  • The ability to grasp technical concepts and bridge communications between Business and IT in an Enterprise setting
  • Exceptional communication, strategy, and creative presentation skills
  • The ability to be curious, to listen, and to have a consultative approach with your clients
  • Strong work ethic with a passion for learning/expanding your skills and developing new knowledge sets.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong time management skills and accountability to metrics
