84 months of experience working with systems administrators and end users to troubleshoot both hardware and software issues.

84 months of experience working in a second-tier, or higher, service desk environment.

60 months of experience coordinating and implement large scale database conversions and migrations from disparate systems.

60 months of experience installing, configuring and maintaining enterprise-scale Oracle and SQL database environments.

84 months experience leading and directing installations and upgrades of TraCS evnironments.

84 months of experience installing, configuring and supporting SPIDER.

60 months of experience developing training materials and providing classroom instruction.
