Job description:

  • Craft comprehensive testing plans for software developed on the Pega Platform, mentor junior testers, and oversee all aspects of the testing process. They leverage their expertise in various testing methodologies to ensure software quality and guide development teams. This role also involves analyzing user requirements, developing test scripts, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Resource Skillset should include:

  • Familiar with Pega or similar low-code COTS platforms testing suites, capabilities, and functionalities.
  • Agile implementation using Scale Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Bachelor s Degree or above preferred. More experience is required for non-degreed candidates.

  • Develops, maintains, and upgrades test scripts and architectures for application products.
  • Writes, implements, and reports status for system test cases for testing.
  • Analyzes test cases and provides regular progress reports.
  • Serves as a subject matter specialist providing testing know-how for the support of user requirements of complex to highly complex software/hardware applications.
  • Participates in all phases of risk management assessments and software/hardware development with emphasis on analysis of user requirements, test design, and test tools selection.
