Job Description
Provide innovative ideas and dedicated support regarding the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, with a focus on data integrity, benefiting sales, marketing and internal teams as a part of the Sales Enablement Organization.

The pay range for this position in (Murrysville, PA) is $58,500 to $93,000.00
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

CRM Data Specialist
Job Description
Provide innovative ideas and dedicated support regarding the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, with a focus on data integrity, benefiting sales, marketing and internal teams as a part of the Sales Enablement Organization.
Your Role
- Support CRM and Salesforce.com (SFDC) initiatives by delivering insights, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring accurate territory alignment across CRM and SAP systems.
- Monitor dashboards and troubleshoot issues to ensure data accuracy and optimal system performance.
- Provide end-user support and lead training sessions for sales teams on CRM tools and best practices.
- Manage data input and extraction using Salesforce objects and fields to support business operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, test enhancements, and drive continuous improvement of CRM functionality.
You're the Right Fit If You Have:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree and either a Salesforce.com (SFDC) Administration Certification or 2+ years of experience supporting a CRM system.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong data analysis skills.
- A deep understanding of large data sets, database concepts, and data manipulation techniques.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, the ability to work independently, and a passion for creating simple, effective solutions.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
