Good comm skills are critical.

MUST have:

8+ years of IT experience (or 6+ with a master s) with a strong background in ServiceNow modules as an Analyst.

Experience with Software Asset Management (SAM)/ Hardware Asset Management (HAM) / IT Asset Management (ITAM), including best practices for both on-prem and SaaS environments. Exposure to ITOM preferred.

Excellent communication skills, very articulate to gather requirements and present solution designs.

Prior work in a SOX environment is highly desirable.

!!!! Person will Gain experience with a greenfield SNOW implementation (starting soon), while supporting a heavily customized legacy instance.

(this not someone with a lot of ITSM or HRSD experience and some asset management)
