Title: Systems Architect - EPIC Cupid

Location: Southern Region (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-Time/Perm

Description:
* We are seeking a skilled Systems Architect responsible for maintaining the architecture and system integrity of critical applications.
* This role collaborates with IT leadership and operational teams to align system design and implementation with organizational strategies.
* The Systems Architect oversees complex workflows, application roadmaps, and upgrade processes to ensure optimal system performance and integration.
* Responsibilities also include developing technical documentation, managing system maintenance, and mentoring team members to enhance understanding of application workflows and infrastructure.

Required Skills:
* Strong leadership and consultation skills for IT and business partners.
* Experience designing and implementing major system installations, updates, and upgrades.
* Expertise in workflow optimization, configuration solutions, and change management.
* Ability to oversee and maintain system integrity across all application and technical layers.
* Proficiency in project management methodologies and budget management.
* Experience developing and enforcing governance policies for system operations.
* Strong communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Ability to analyze future system improvements and their impact on operational users.

Desired Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Ten years of progressive IT experience with at least three years in a leadership role.
* Experience in a healthcare or clinical operations environment preferred.
* Industry-recognized certifications in enterprise applications or equivalent experience.
* Strong understanding of enterprise system workflows and project management principles.

Compensation:
Pay Range: $110000K-$150000K
