Description

We are looking for a skilled EDI Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Stoughton, Wisconsin. In this role, you will play a key part in managing electronic data interchange processes, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting system transitions. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your technical expertise to a dynamic environment and contribute to critical business initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Validate and test inbound and outbound EDI flat files to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare EDI files for approval and go-live processes.
Support the migration of EDI systems, including working with Oracle EBS and other platforms.
Identify and address any issues in EDI transactions, providing timely resolutions.
Conduct post-migration follow-ups to implement changes and improvements as needed.
Ensure all Oracle required fields are accurately maintained in EDI transactions.
Utilize Epicor ERP knowledge to enhance EDI processes and integrations.
Document and maintain detailed records of EDI workflows and configurations.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and data exchange.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for EDI-related issues.

Requirements

Proven experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) systems and processes.
Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS, including required fields for EDI transactions.
Familiarity with Epicor ERP is highly desirable.
Ability to validate and test EDI flat files for inbound and outbound transactions.
Demonstrated experience in supporting system migrations and post-migration improvements.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to document processes and maintain accurate records of EDI activities.
