Description
We are looking for a skilled Systems Engineer to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions using MuleSoft technologies, ensuring seamless interoperability between various systems. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development of robust APIs, provide technical expertise, and support the organization's integration strategy.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain MuleSoft applications to support business processes, interfaces, and services.
Collaborate with architects and engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver operational integration systems.
Design and implement APIs and integrations using MuleSoft technologies, ensuring reusability and extensibility.
Participate in architecture workshops, code reviews, and design discussions to uphold clean code standards and maintain system quality.
Monitor the integration platform to proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring system stability and data accuracy.
Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to validate integration functionality and adherence to best practices.
Implement asynchronous messaging solutions using tools like Anypoint MQ or Kafka to support scalable, event-driven architectures.
Ensure compliance with integration design principles, guidelines, and review processes, contributing to their continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in MuleSoft development and interface design.
Strong expertise in creating integration solutions based on API-led design principles.
Proficiency in developing Mule 4 flows and implementing DataWeave transformations.
Experience with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps and securing APIs using OAuth2.
Familiarity with asynchronous messaging platforms such as Anypoint MQ or Kafka.
Knowledge of infrastructure, networking, and MuleSoft deployment models like CloudHub and Runtime Fabric.
Fluent in English with the ability to understand complex business requirements and deliver effective solutions.
