Sr. Software Engineer, Contract Lifecycle Management

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic development team In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining applications using the latest Angular framework, .NET Core services, and SQL Server The ideal candidate will also have experience working with workflow driven system, Elasticsearch, file operations, and will have a foundational understanding or practical experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects and help scale our solutions while integrating AI-driven capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and Implement New Features: Develop and integrate new features based on business requirements, improving the system's functionality
• Improve User Experience: Focus on making the system more intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather feature requirements and deliver solutions
• Bug Fixing and Maintenance: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any defects or performance issues in the existing system
• AI-Driven Enhancements: Implement and integrate AI algorithms, for document analysis, automatic data extraction, or risk assessment
• Code Reviews and Quality Assurance: Participate in peer code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and documentation

Requirements

• Experience: At least 4+ years of professional experience in software development
• Angular: Expert-level knowledge of Angular (preferably the latest versions), including state management, component-driven architecture, and building dynamic, scalable applications
• .NET Core: Proficient in building back-end services using .NET Core, C# and understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design
• SQL Server: Strong experience with SQL Server and writing efficient queries for data manipulation and retrieval
• Elasticsearch: Familiarity with integrating Elasticsearch for search and analytics functionalities
• AI Knowledge: Experience or foundational knowledge in integrating AI technologies (such as machine learning models, natural language processing, or recommendation algorithms) into applications
• Front-End Development: Advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS, including responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
• Tools: Experience with version control systems like Git, continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) tools, and Agile methodologies
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, and proactive problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of testing frameworks and writing unit/integration tests

Expected Compensation

$133,440 - $246,720/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
