Overview

This is a remote role that can be hired in several markets across the United States. Preference is given to locations near FCB hubs.

We are seeking a strategic, experienced Adobe Enterprise Architect to join our Direct Bank Digital team and drive the enterprise vision and technical execution of the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem-specifically Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics. This individual will play a pivotal role in enabling a seamless, data-driven customer experience across digital channels. You will collaborate closely with business product owners, digital marketing teams, and customer journey strategists to architect and implement scalable Adobe solutions that drive customer engagement, personalization, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Strategic Enablement & Planning:

Partner with business and digital product leaders to align Adobe platform capabilities with customer experience strategy and business goals.

Collaborate strategic planning and discovery with the business to identify use cases for real-time customer data, journey orchestration, and personalization.

Enterprise Architecture & Solution Design:

Define and own the enterprise architecture for Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including Real-Time CDP, AJO, and Target.

Architect end-to-end customer data flows, integrations, and audience activation strategies leveraging Adobe-native tools and enterprise data assets.

Design and document scalable, reusable solution patterns, frameworks, and data pipelines.

Technical Delivery & Platform Management:

Lead the implementation and configuration of Adobe platforms, including data ingestion into Real-Time CDP, audience creation, profile unification, and identity resolution.

Enable seamless data activation into Adobe Target and other marketing destinations to power real-time personalization and journey orchestration.

Develop automated workflows, custom events, and complex audience segments using SQL, API integrations, and Adobe-native tools.

Collaboration & Agile Delivery:

Act as the technical liaison across digital product, analytics, and marketing teams to drive cross-functional collaboration.

Support Agile sprint cycles by defining technical requirements, providing architecture oversight, and validating deliverables.

Collaborate with the enterprise IT and Data teams to ensure alignment with data governance, privacy, and enterprise architecture standards.

Enablement, Training & Best Practices:

Establish and promote platform governance, reusable components, and best practices.

Mentor internal teams and business users on Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities and architecture.

Build training artifacts, documentation, and onboarding material to drive adoption and platform maturity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience Business Strategy, Project Planning, and Financial Services industry OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Business Strategy, Project Planning, and Financial Services industry

License or Certification Type: Adobe certifications preferred (e.g. Adobe Certified Expert - AEP Architect, Target Developer, or AJP Specialist)

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience delivering complex use cases using Adobe Real-Time CDP, AJO, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics.

Hands-on expertise in data integration, profile management, identity resolution, and audience segmentation.

Advanced proficiency in SQL, webhooks, custom actions, and API integration.

Strong understanding of customer journey orchestration, personalization strategies, and digital campaign execution.

Experience working in agile environments, partnering with business, marketing, and analytics stakeholders.

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

The base pay for this position is generally between $111,000 and $170,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
