Job Title: Software Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a mid-level Software Engineer with 5-7 years of experience to join our team in developing innovative solutions for customers. The successful candidate will be directly contributing to the success of our business by designing and developing elegant software solutions for our avionics hardware. As a technical expert, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Software Engineers with minimal oversight. You'll also be expected to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and customers, estimate software efforts as part of our proposal process, and support trade shows and conferences with marketing demonstrations.

This is a fully on-site position in Sarasota, Florida.
Work Environment
