Job Summary (List Format):
- Full-time, hybrid role (must be local); no sponsorship available
- Gather and analyze business needs to create or update standard operating procedures
- Configure Windchill PLM system based on business requirements using out-of-the-box features
- Develop and execute functional and regression tests on PLM, including performance and error testing
- Document use cases and lessons learned
- Support end users during User Acceptance Testing and validation phases
- Handle internal support requests via ticketing system: manage PLM objects, update workflows, user access, and other related tasks
- Assist project leaders with workload estimation and project execution
- Prepare progress reports for the Windchill solution leader
- Adhere to and promote health, safety, and environmental practices
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred; 8+ years' experience acceptable in lieu of degree
- Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience with Windchill PLM required
- Technical support experience (analyzing, researching, testing, resolving issues) is a plus
- Familiarity with PTC RVnS and Service Now is an advantage
- Windchill Basic certification is a plus
