About this Position:
Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Engineer
Years of Experience: 3 5 years developing and customizing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and enhance ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
Automate service delivery processes using Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
Configure self-service portals and user interfaces to improve usability and accessibility.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems through APIs, web services, or integration tools.
Support ITSM implementations including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
Maintain and refine the CMDB to ensure accurate configuration data.
Participate in Agile sprints, including story refinement, demos, and iteration planning.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, ensuring stability and reliability.
Required Skills
Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow development tools.
Knowledge of ITSM frameworks and best practices.
Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Understanding of Service Portal development and UI/UX principles.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
