- Role: Lead Azure Data Engineer.
Location: Remote.
Position: Only W2
Client: BCG.
Experience: 12+ years
10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, with at least 4+ years in a Lead or Senior role. - Strong hands-on experience with AWS services such as S3, Glue, Lambda, EMR, Redshift, and IAM.
- Proficiency in Databricks (PySpark, Delta Lake, Notebooks, Clusters, Jobs).
- Expertise in Snowflake (data modeling, performance tuning, security, and warehouse management).
- Advanced skills in Python (PySpark) for large-scale data processing.
- Strong SQL skills, including query optimization and complex joins.
- Experience with Power BI for data visualization and business reporting.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Airflow, or other orchestration tools is a plus.
- Solid understanding of data lake, data warehouse, and data mesh architectures.
