Job Title: Small Cell Construction Manager (Telecom)

Job Description:
Role Overview
Seeking a highly skilled Small Cell Construction Manager to lead and coordinate small cell deployment projects across the Seattle metro area. This role involves managing end-to-end site execution-from permitting and utility coordination to build-out, close-out, and handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of small cell construction including civil work, pole attachment, power/fiber installation, and integration.
- Coordinate closely with site acquisition teams, A&E firms, vendors, and local jurisdictions to drive permit approvals and construction timelines.
- Manage subcontractors, inspectors, and utility crews to ensure on-time and on-spec execution.
- Perform pre-construction walks, issue NTPs, and maintain construction tracker updates.
- Review redlines, as-builts, photo documentation, and punch items for quality compliance.
- Ensure compliance with municipal regulations, traffic control plans, and safety standards.
- Report construction progress, risks, and dependencies to internal stakeholders and client teams.
- Lead site acceptance and close-out package submissions for final turnover.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in telecom or wireless construction, with a focus on small cell deployments.
- Hands-on knowledge of permitting processes, utility coordination, and ROW regulations in Washington.
- Ability to read site plans, construction drawings, and fiber/power schematics
- Familiar with pole licensing, make-ready work, grounding/bonding, and fiber splicing basics.
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and construction tracking tools (e.g., SiteTracker, Procore).
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
- Strong communication and vendor management skills.
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver s license.
