Job Title: Data Architect

Job Type: Full Time

Job Location: Glendale, CA (Hybrid)

Collaborate with business stakeholders and product managers to understand data requirements and develop data strategies that align with business goals
Lead the design and implementation of data architectures, including semantic and dimensional models, that enable efficient storage, retrieval, and data analysis.
Develop and maintain documentation, such as data standards, governance policies, and best practices, to ensure data quality, consistency, and security.
Work closely with data engineers and data product managers to implement scalable data analytical solutions.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance data architecture and drive innovation.
Mentor and coach junior team members to build technical expertise and drive continuous improvement
Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams on best practices and standards for data architecture.
Design and implement business analytics and data science data architectures. These are tailored solutions to complex problems.
10+ years of experience in data architecture, business intelligence, report development, and data modeling
Strong expertise in semantic modeling, dimensional modeling, and industry-standard data warehousing concepts and methodologies
Hands-on experience with modern data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, or Azure Synapse
Hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud preferred
Expert Proficiency in SQL
