RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has an enterprise client that is seeking a Project/Program Manager IV in Seattle, WA.
Summary:
Design Excellence (ADX) is an internal team aiming to elevate the impact of design and our reputation as a top destination for design talent. We are looking for a talented and passionate Project/Operations Manager. You will lead process and workstreams on behalf of the team, delivering mechanisms to keep on budget and on track.
Key job responsibilities:
* Oversee capacity planning, intake, budget, scheduling, and reviews
* Create and publish recaps, securing approvals with mid- to upper-level leadership
* Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
* Develop and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency
* Own program strategy for end-to-end delivery using project development process lifecycles and workflows
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
* Clarify constraints and make appropriate trade-offs to decrease time-to-market and effectively gain alignment
* Identify blockers, develop clear mitigation plans, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
* Keep both internal and partner teams informed and aligned on priorities and risks
* Manage other design or internal projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in technology or digital services
* Experience with capacity planning, intake, budget, scheduling, and reviews
* Experience with capacity planning, intake, budget, scheduling, and reviews (Air Table, Smart Sheets, Asana)
* Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent project management capabilities
* Proven track record of process improvement and optimization
* Strong communication skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
