We are seeking a Computer Deployment Specialist to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for deploying and configuring hardware and software for end-users, ensuring smooth setup and functionality. You will work closely with IT support teams to maintain system integrity and provide technical assistance when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and deploy new desktops, laptops, and related hardware.
Image PCs and laptops using tools such as SCCM/MECM or similar deployment technologies.
Set up and configure operating systems, applications, and user profiles.
Perform basic troubleshooting and break/fix support for hardware and software issues.
Ensure compliance with company standards and security protocols during deployment.
Maintain accurate documentation of deployments and configurations.
