Job Details


We are looking for a strategic and technically proficient Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Architect with deep experience in marketing automation, preferably within the financial services domain. You will act as a technical consultant to clients, translating business requirements into scalable SFMC solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand client requirements and propose suitable SFMC solutions.

  • Design and present technical architecture to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Lead the design and development of marketing solutions driven by customer insights and data.

  • Define digital technology roadmaps and improve business processes through strategic initiatives.

  • Architect, configure, and operate SFMC to build and support multi-channel marketing campaigns.

  • Translate marketing requirements into technical solutions using SFMC tools and features.

  • Implement and support SFMC post-deployment, offering ongoing client consultation.

  • Design campaign data models, implement ETL processes, and manage SFMC database schema.

  • Ensure performance and scalability through best practices and optimized architecture.

  • Integrate marketing platforms with external systems through APIs and custom workflows.


Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience, with 6+ years in SFMC.

  • Experience in at least 2 end-to-end SFMC implementations.

  • Strong technical design and architectural skills in SFMC.

  • Expertise in Journey Builder, Email Studio, Ad Studio, Social Studio, Audience Studio (a plus).

  • Solid understanding of customer data management, campaign data modeling, and ETL processes.

  • Proven experience in at least one full lifecycle of campaign management or MRM project using SFMC.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
