Job Details
We are looking for a strategic and technically proficient Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Architect with deep experience in marketing automation, preferably within the financial services domain. You will act as a technical consultant to clients, translating business requirements into scalable SFMC solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand client requirements and propose suitable SFMC solutions.

Design and present technical architecture to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Lead the design and development of marketing solutions driven by customer insights and data.

Define digital technology roadmaps and improve business processes through strategic initiatives.

Architect, configure, and operate SFMC to build and support multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Translate marketing requirements into technical solutions using SFMC tools and features.

Implement and support SFMC post-deployment, offering ongoing client consultation.

Design campaign data models, implement ETL processes, and manage SFMC database schema.

Ensure performance and scalability through best practices and optimized architecture.

Integrate marketing platforms with external systems through APIs and custom workflows.
Required Qualifications:

10+ years of overall IT experience, with 6+ years in SFMC.

Experience in at least 2 end-to-end SFMC implementations.

Strong technical design and architectural skills in SFMC.

Expertise in Journey Builder, Email Studio, Ad Studio, Social Studio, Audience Studio (a plus).

Solid understanding of customer data management, campaign data modeling, and ETL processes.

Proven experience in at least one full lifecycle of campaign management or MRM project using SFMC.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
