Apex Systems is recruiting a Product Manager & CRM Test Lead to guide a mission-critical migration from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365. This is a strategic opportunity to play a central role in evolving CRM architecture for one of the nations financial powerhouses-while ensuring flawless system performance, top-tier data fidelity, and seamless interoperability.

Apex Systems is recruiting a Product Manager & CRM Test Lead to guide a mission-critical migration from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365. This is a strategic opportunity to play a central role in evolving CRM architecture for one of the nations financial powerhouses-while ensuring flawless system performance, top-tier data fidelity, and seamless interoperability.
What Youll Tackle
- Lead end-to-end testing strategy for complex CRM transition programs
- Manage data validation and ETL integration efforts using Informatica
- Oversee UAT planning and execution, including regression and risk-based testing
- Align testing frameworks with product objectives to maintain business continuity
- Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot integration issues and document test cycles
- Proven success in Salesforce-to-Dynamics CRM transitions
- Deep knowledge of UAT methodologies and defect lifecycle management
- Experience using JIRA, ValueEdge Octane, and AccelQ for test management
- Expertise in regression testing, test automation, and system compatibility assessment
- ISTQB Certified Tester - Advanced Level (Test Manager or Test Analyst)
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Agilist
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent experience
