Description:
* The Senior Program Manager will play a key role in overseeing the onboarding and implementation process for new clients, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
* This position requires leadership of cross-functional teams and the ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations, while keeping projects aligned with business goals.
* The ideal candidate brings both technical knowledge and a customer-centric mindset to guide clients from initiation through full system adoption and optimization.
Required Skills:
* Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience
* Project Management certification preferred
* 5+ years of experience managing customer-facing software solution implementations
* Experience handling implementation cycles ranging from 6-12 months, including system integration and process refinement
* Familiarity with platform delivery in industries such as insurance, finance, or related service sectors
* Strong background in data-driven tracking and project milestone verification
* Experience with project budgeting, team scheduling, and utilization in a professional services environment
* Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
* Skilled in documenting business processes and creating functional and technical project deliverables
* Comfortable managing application rollouts and guiding customers through testing and go-live phases

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
* Experience in analyzing client needs, providing strategic recommendations, and adjusting project scopes accordingly

Compensation:
Pay Range: $87500K-$125000K
