Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Apriso MES Developer to support, maintain, and enhance an existing Apriso Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solution. The ideal candidate will have strong development experience in Dassault Systmes Apriso MES, deep knowledge of discrete manufacturing, and the ability to work closely with business and IT stakeholders in a regulated aerospace manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the customer MES team, IT stakeholders, and cross-functional business teams to ensure smooth MES operations and enhancements.

  • Provide ongoing support for existing Apriso MES applications, including handling and resolving production support tickets to ensure business continuity.

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.

  • Design, develop, configure, and unit test enhancements and customizations within the Apriso MES platform.

  • Ensure all development activities comply with ITAR regulations and customer-specific security and compliance standards.

  • Communicate effectively with customer stakeholders, including manufacturing, engineering, quality, and IT teams.

  • Coordinate closely with Enterprise Architecture and follow established development and release processes.

  • Participate in testing, deployment, and post-deployment support activities as needed.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to MES functionality and manufacturing processes.

Required Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship is mandatory (no exceptions).

  • Strong functional and technical experience with Dassault Systmes Apriso MES.

  • Hands-on development experience in Apriso MES configurations, customizations, and integrations.

  • In-depth understanding of Discrete Manufacturing processes.

  • Prior experience in the Aerospace manufacturing industry is highly preferred.

  • Ability and willingness to travel to Wichita, KS, and other customer sites within the U.S. as required.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in ITAR-regulated environments.

  • Exposure to MES integrations with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).

  • Prior experience working with large system integrators or global delivery teams.
