Job Responsibilities:Experience doing manual data entry from one database to another and a good track record for accuracy? Must have extremely good attention to detail, good communication and interpersonal skills, and be consistent in following tasks to completion? Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Application skills, especially Excel? Ability to determine inconsistencies in data and take initiative to resolve? Ability to prioritize tasks and grasp new concepts quickly? Check and update data that flows between marketing system and sales system. Accuracy will be essential? Maintains a strong and constant attention to detail, flagging any possible problems, and following all processing details to the letter? Prepares source data for computer entry by researching and compiling information? Processes customer contact information by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures?
Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures? Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
