Role: Pega Lead Application Developer
Location: Ridge Irving, TX (Hybrid 3 days onsite)
Duration: 6+ months contract

Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Pega Lead Application Developer to design, develop, and lead solutions using Pega CDH. The role involves building and optimizing Next Best Action (NBA) strategies, managing ADM and predictive models, ensuring compliance with development standards, and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement applications using Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub).
• Manage Proposition/Offer matrix and ensure adherence to Pega best practices.
• Develop and optimize Next Best Action (NBA) strategies, ADM, and predictive models.
• Oversee deployments and collaborate with QA for end-to-end testing.
• Mentor junior developers and guide on integration with external systems.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and operational efficiency of applications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Business, Marketing, IT, PMO) across time zones.
• Provide status updates, post-production monitoring, and system utilization metrics.

Must-Have Skills:

• Pega Infinity 24.1, NBA Designer, Pega PRPC, Pega DSM
• ADM and predictive model design experience
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and DevSecOps
• Expertise in Decision Management and Next Best Action framework

Desired Skills:

• Experience in 1:1 customer engagement optimization and Inbound Marketing
• Deep understanding of Proposition Management and Pega Strategies

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (7+ years IT experience)
• Pega CSSA with CPDC/CPMC certification
