Senior Financial SAP Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Irvine, CA that is seeking an experienced Senior SAP Consultant with a strong background in SAP Finance (FI/CO) and Supply Chain (MM/SD/PP/WM) modules. This role is pivotal in ensuring business process alignment, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across finance and supply chain functions.

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and deliver SAP solutions that meet business needs
* Serve as a subject matter expert in SAP FI/CO and supply chain best practices
* Manage and support SAP system enhancements
* Provide hands-on troubleshooting and issue resolution, acting as Level 3 support for critical SAP incidents
* Work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and IT to ensure cohesive SAP integration
* Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline and automate processes within the SAP ecosystem
* Develop functional specifications for custom reports, enhancements, and interfaces
* Conduct training sessions, create documentation, and support change management activities

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
* Master's degree or MBA is a plus
* Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO and at least one or more supply chain modules (MM, SD, PP, WM)
* Proven track record in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects
* Strong understanding of financial accounting, controlling, procurement, inventory management, order-to-cash, and production processes
* Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP Activate methodology, and integration with non-SAP systems is a plus
* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to lead workshops, mentor junior consultants, and work independently in a global environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
