Company Overview: Youngtronics LLC (a Youngsoft Group Company) is a world class quality control manufacturer company, a Leader in providing electronics manufacturing services including contract design, material procurement, documentation, assembly and testing. Youngtronics is looking for an engaging and experienced Outside Sales Representative to help our Electronic Manufacturing Service Company to expand its customer database and bring in more assembly jobs, specifically for PCBA (printed circuit board assembly) and cable assembly.
Looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in inventory/supply chain management is a plus.
- 2 4 years of experience in inventory or warehouse operations, supply chain.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or custom ERPs).
- Jr Supply Chain specialist - Jr Inventory specialist (many in the local to MI Automotive Sector)
Job Summary:
Youngtronics is currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Keeper to manage and maintain inventory across our warehouse and production units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and products.
- Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse according to company standards.
- Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Track and report inventory levels, shortages, and discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams for material availability.
- Use inventory management software or ERP systems to log transactions and generate reports.
- Label and tag materials accurately and ensure items are stored safely and securely.
- Monitor slow-moving or obsolete stock and raise alerts.
- Support logistics and dispatch team with stock fulfillment as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in inventory/supply chain management is a plus.
- 2 4 years of experience in inventory or warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or custom ERPs).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other office tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move materials as needed.
Preferred Qualities:
- Experience in electronics or manufacturing industries.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
