Integration Lead Moogsoft & ServiceNow ITOM

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SRE/AIOps Engineer to lead integrations between Moogsoft and ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in incident management automation, observability tools, and AI-driven operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead integration of Moogsoft with ServiceNow ITOM for event and incident correlation.

  • Configure and maintain AIOps workflows to improve incident detection and resolution.

  • Work with monitoring tools and APIs for seamless data exchange.

  • Collaborate with IT operations and SRE teams to automate alerts and reduce noise.

  • Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of integrated systems.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations and processes.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Moogsoft and ServiceNow ITOM integration.

  • Strong understanding of AIOps, SRE principles, and ITSM workflows.

  • Experience with APIs, scripting (Python/Shell), and automation tools.

  • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
