Job Description:
- Hands on Experience in implementing an enterprise Grade Platform on Genesys Cloud as Messaging platform.
- Designing custom workflows, Agent Interaction system using Genesys cloud with Messaging platform.
- Experience in implementing Omni channel design leveraging Genesys Cloud platform.
- Design & Integrate Consumer Application consuming the Genesys SaaS APIs.
- Large Scale design & Implementation of Micro Services model on Cloud platform (preferably Azure).
- Migration of Applications from Legacy to Genesys cloud platformYears of Experience:15+ Years of Experience
