Job Description
This is a great opportunity for a quality minded, detail-oriented machinist who can set up and operate CNC Swiss-type multi-axis lathes. Programming knowledge a plus. Experience with G-codes, small components and tight tolerances is required. Ability to read prints and use measurement tools. SV Microwave appreciates and rewards a good craftsperson who enjoys challenges and is dedicated to producing the highest quality products. The work schedule for this role is Thursday - Monday, @4pm-12am.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- \n
- Complete the machining of piece parts \n
- Produce and be responsible for quality of parts \n
- Make any and all adjustments to insure dimensional and cosmetic quality \n
- Make production rates as specified on paperwork \n
- Complete all required documentation accurately and legibly \n
- Clean all parts and move to next operation \n
- Maintain machine in good, safe working order \n
- Report any malfunctions to maintenance department \n
- Maintain safe, clean and organized area \n
REQUIREMENTS:
- \n
- Ability to read blueprints \n
- Experience using inspection equipment (micrometers, calipers, drop gauges) \n
- Experience using optical comparator & microscopes \n
- Mechanical ability \n
- Computer skills \n
- Math skills \n
