Your Role

As a Business Process Expert (BPE) - Life Science Finance and Controlling, you will play a crucial role in transforming our business strategy within the Life Science ERP Program. Your expertise will directly influence our operations and set the stage for future success. You will collaborate with IT Solution Experts and Data Experts to drive continuous improvement initiatives that align with our overarching business goals. Your strategic leadership will be essential in managing key design decisions and deployment activities, ensuring we meet harmonization targets and comply with industry standards. In this role, you will identify opportunities for process enhancement and work closely with stakeholders to implement effective changes. You will also develop detailed process documentation, maintaining comprehensive records of all design and deployment activities. Engaging with cross-functional teams will be vital as you gather requirements and feedback to ensure alignment with broader organizational objectives. You will balance multiple projects and priorities, delivering high-quality outputs within tight timelines. This position offers flexible work arrangements, allowing for hybrid, remote, or onsite options. We prefer the following US locations:

  • 1st Preference: Burlington, MA or St. Louis, MO
  • 2nd Preference: Jaffrey, NH or Danvers, MA
  • 3rd Preference: Kankakee, IL or Temecula, CA

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in Finance and Controlling processes or related fields.
  • Possess experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP, within the Life Sciences industry.
  • Proven track record in managing complex business processes and implementations.
  • Expertise in change management, ensuring smooth transitions during process changes.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, simplifying complex information into actionable insights.
  • Manufacturing controlling and distribution experience.

Pay Range for this position: $102,500 - $153,700

Our ranges are derived from several sources, and largely reliant on relevant industry market data. Should we decide to make an offer, we will consider several factors, including but not limited to your location, skills, experience, career level, and other job-related factors. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses.
