Job Details

MES Architect:

Core Responsibilities:
Design and Architecture:
Develop and document MES architectures tailored to specific client needs, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
Map business processes to Solumina functionalities, creating a clear path for digital transformation.
Design integrations between Solumina and other enterprise systems (ERP, PLM, etc.).
Implementation and Configuration:
Configure Solumina modules and functionalities based on the designed architecture.
Manage user roles and permissions within Solumina.
Test and validate Solumina configurations to ensure they meet business requirements.
Troubleshooting and Support:
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Solumina and its integrations.
Provide technical support to clients and internal teams.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Solumina releases and best practices.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure project success.
Communicate technical information clearly and concisely.
Document all aspects of the MES implementation, including architecture, configuration, and troubleshooting steps.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve MES performance and efficiency.
Propose and implement solutions to address identified issues.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in the MES space.
Key Skills and Knowledge:
Solumina Expertise: Deep understanding of Solumina's features, functionalities, and best practices.
MES Knowledge: Strong understanding of MES principles, concepts, and implementation methodologies.
Manufacturing Processes: Familiarity with various manufacturing processes and industries.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in database management, scripting, and system administration.
Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
