Join our dynamic team as a Communications Specialist, where you'll craft engaging content and visuals to bring our transformation stories to life. This is a hybrid position based in St. Paul offering a 7+ month, part-time contract at 20 hrs/week..

Responsibilities

  • Create and distribute compelling communication content across various internal platforms like intranet and Teams.
  • Design visual assets such as presentations and infographics to enhance program messaging.
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for communication events, ensuring effective engagement.
  • Collaborate with team leads to align content with the overall communication strategy.
  • Monitor the impact of communication channels and suggest improvements for better reach.
  • Maintain a repository of communication materials for consistent messaging across projects.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in communications, marketing, or internal communications roles.
  • Proficient in using collaboration tools like Teams and SharePoint, and design software such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
  • Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with large-scale change or ERP program communications.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy in messaging.
