We are currently looking for Amazon Connect Implementation Consultant opportunity

Job Title: Amazon Connect Implementation Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: 12+ Months
Start Date:ASAP
Rate: DOE

Required Skills:
Strong Expereince in Leading Amazon Connect implementations in a consulting or enterprise environment.
Expereicne in Design and configure Amazon Connect contact flows, routing profiles, queues, and agent hierarchies
Expereicne in Implementing custom AWS Lambda functions and other AWS services to extend platform capabilities.
Expereicne in Supporting voice and chat channel deployment, including NLP integration using Amazon Transcribe and Comprehend.
Expereicne in Performing testing, user training, and post-implementation support to ensure solution success.
Strong experience in AWS services including Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, EventBridge
Strong experience in JavaScript/Node.js and/or Python for backend logic development.
Strong experience in JSON, XML, and RESTful API integration.
AWS Certification is preferred
