Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior RPA Automation Engineer with deep expertise in Automation Anywhere and a solid background in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions, particularly in complex data environments using modern automation tools. Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere (primary) and optionally Power Automate or UiPath.

Lead the end-to-end automation lifecycle from requirements gathering to production deployment.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, particularly in healthcare workflows.

Ensure automation solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and cloud-based data platforms including Data Lake and Snowflake.

Utilize scripting languages such as Jython or Java to extend RPA functionality when necessary.

Apply knowledge of cloud environments (especially AWS) for hybrid or cloud-based automation deployments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Certification in RPA tools (UiPath or Automation Anywhere) is required.

7+ years of experience in Automation Engineering, including RPA solution design and deployment.

Strong hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere (must-have).

Healthcare domain expertise is required, with proven project experience.

Proficiency in SQL; familiarity with PostgreSQL, Data Lakes, and Snowflake is a major plus.

Experience with Power Automate or UiPath is a plus.

Basic understanding of cloud technologies (AWS preferred; Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or hybrid/on-prem knowledge beneficial).

Familiarity with Jython or Java-based scripting is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience working in agile development environments.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
