Please visit us at to know more. Job Description:* Implement and manage Dynatrace environments for infrastructure, applications and cloud services.
* Set up and configure dashboards to provide visibility into system health and performance.
* Regularly reviewing existing observability solutions and making recommendations for improvements
* Maintain and update existing scripts used to monitor system and applications on Unix and Windows servers.
* Develop custom monitoring solutions utilizing network, server, application performance and log analytics tools along with necessary custom scripts to meet current and future observability requirements.
* Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement observability solutions that align with business needs.
* Responsible for researching and analyzing telemetry (events, alerts, traps, incidents, logging) to identify trends and gaps, produce reports, and/or make recommendations

Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering monitoring solutions supporting Event Management process.
* 3+ years working experience with Dynatrace architecture and best practices.
* Expertise in deployment and troubleshooting Dynatrace One Agent and Active Gates
* Experience in Dynatrace SaaS environment
* Must be able to analyze application performance telemetry collected by Dynatrace to identify potential issues and to resolve application performance issues.
* Working experience with AWS CloudWatch.
