We're kicking off a new Epic implementation in January 2026 for a newly acquired hospital system.
The Epic-Certified Builder/Analyst - Ambulatory, MyChart, EpicCare Link role will be heavily engaged in the design and build phases of implementation of a rollout to a new facility.

The Epic-Certified Builder/Analyst - Ambulatory, MyChart, EpicCare Link role will be heavily engaged in the design and build phases of implementation of a rollout to a new facility.
Job Duties
- Facilitate workflow and content design meetings with SME/operational owners.
- Work with analysts and other application teams to design and build an integrated workflow.
- Perform all application build tasks and testing for the new hospital.
- Data couriering of build between environments.
- Troubleshoot/test workflows.
- Document/track/fix testing defects as they pertain to the application build.
- Provide weekly updates on build status, including helping to assess work effort on build tasks/open build.
- Establish a relationship with the client application team to maintain alignment with existing build/workflows, and to facilitate knowledge transfer.
Required Experience:
- Epic Ambulatory and MyChart Certification.
- 3+ years of experience in EpicCare Ambulatory, Epic MyChart, and EpicCare Link build and configuration.
- Prior experience with both full-scale implementation and roll-outs to a new facility with an already live Epic environment.
- Experience with implementing Orthopedic and Podiatry specialties with core EpicCare Ambulatory functionality (non-Bones module) is highly preferred.
- Experience with building Therapy Plans and Infusion Clinics.
