Role- BFSI Sales

Location - NY/NJ East Coast (Only local candidate or if profile is strong then we can take relocation )

Duration -- Fulltime

Visa Independent Visa and Open for H1 transfer

Experience with Application Development /Management services is must

Hunter, new logo acquisition profile not an account manager or client partner

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Own & Deliver New Client Acquisitions and Revenue targets as per the defined GTM Strategy
  • Develop and execute a focused market strategy to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from demand creation, initial customer engagement to contract closure
  • Build a strong Hunting New Client acquisition team to develop leads, identify prospective clients and collaborate with Demand Generation and Marketing teams to increase lead flow and quality
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Participate in workshops and client demos
  • Responsible for market watch, provide market/Industry insights & regularly provide feedback for benchmarking our solutions & services against source, data and competitors
  • Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects.

  • Experienced Sales Leader with a proven track record of successful new client acquisitions and target/goal achievement.
  • Deep connects in BFSI Industry selling IT Services and Solutions
  • Proven Sales management and leadership skills, coupled with strong business acumen
  • Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company s
    • GTM Based New Client acquisition program
    • GTM Based New Revenue Growth
  • Energetic, Aggressive, Tech Savvy and Self driven, who enjoys the challenge of building a new business and executing a land-and-expand strategy
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Good understanding of the Technology Solution Services, IT landscape, products & business.
  • Real time grasp of competitors services and range of solutions
  • Strong leadership and team building skills
  • Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
  • Strong Analytical Skills

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

  • 10-12 years of relevant Sales experience
  • Engineering Degree and MBA (Preferred)
  • Self-Driven and Achievement oriented
  • Diligent; Data & Detailed oriented
  • Discipline of Sales Management Process
  • CRM tool/platform understanding for pipeline tracking & reporting
  • Consultative and solution orientated
  • Should have strong solution or Services selling experience in a mid to large IT Organization.
  • Savviness around cloud, digital, AI marketplace and Cutting edge technologies
  • Must have deep understanding of the market and competition to develop winning Sales Strategies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills including listening, storytelling, negotiation and presentation skills
