Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team on a contractual basis. The successful candidate must meet all required (minimum) experience and knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) as outlined below. Candidates must complete the Skills Matrix in its entirety; incomplete submissions or use of "Refer to Resume" will result in disqualification.
Required (Minimum) Experience and KSAs
Minimum 3 years of configuring, designing, and developing in the ServiceNow Platform
Experience with data extractions and conversions
Knowledge of State and Federal laws related to IT solutions
Hands-on development experience with JavaScript, HTML, XML, JSON, and SQL
Experience integrating with Microsoft technologies
Experience integrating with third-party systems
Knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB population, and Service Mapping
Knowledge of Customer Service Management (CSM) module in ServiceNow
Strong verbal and written communication skills, across all organizational levels and external stakeholders
Possession of ServiceNow Certifications:
Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Knowledge of industry and State IT standards
Experience in Project Management
Knowledge of State procurement processes and contract monitoring requirements
Preferred Experience and KSAs
Minimum 5 years of configuring, designing, and developing in ServiceNow
Additional ServiceNow Certifications preferred:
Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM)
Certified Implementation Specialist CSM (CIS-CSM)
Additional experience with:
Data extractions and conversions
Performance tuning in ServiceNow environments
Data security protocols
Configuring custom email templates
Implementing security policies using ACLs, roles, groups, and authentication mechanisms
