Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Automation Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to deliver high-quality software in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test cases using tools like Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
• Execute automated and manual tests to ensure software quality across multiple browsers and devices using BrowserStack.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze test results, identify root causes, and provide actionable feedback to development teams.
• Maintain test documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in QA automation.
• Strong experience with Playwright, BrowserStack, and Postman.
• Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java).
• Experience with version control systems like GitHub.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite.
• Knowledge of performance and security testing.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
