Job Details

Staffmark is hiring Material Handlers in Beverly, MA, to support warehouse operations in a high-tech facility. This role involves working with automated systems and self-guided vehicles in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and safety are key.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00/hour (based on experience)


  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (10% shift differential)

  • 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (15% shift differential + free meals)


Responsibilities:


  • Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition

  • Sort, label, and store materials according to inventory protocols

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision

  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated handling systems

  • Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory audits

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

  • Collaborate with team members and participate in process improvement meetings

  • Follow all safety procedures and attend required safety training


Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly (heavier with assistance)

  • Strong attention to detail and basic math skills

  • Comfortable standing, moving, and working in a physically active role

  • Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
