RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Louisville, KY that is seeking a Senior MDM Engineer who will support hardware, software, and cloud services and help deploy, manage, track, and audit mobile devices. The Senior MDM Engineer will operate at a Tier-3 level and is responsible for system architecture, tracking, and troubleshooting mobile devices and administering the MDM environment for LHC. This individual manages, maintains supports, troubleshoots and optimizes the mobile cloud environment, its related mobile devices, and suggests adjustments and new system designs for future needs.
Duties:
* Receives researches, troubleshoots incoming requests, and prioritizes accordingly
* Resolves moderate requests, such as application password overrides, access and user rights issues
* Responds to requests and escalates appropriate requests to IT support groups
* Tracks and records client information and resolution of problems
* Deploy software to MDM environment
* Remain up to date with all new upgrades, system enhancements and changes at all times to ensure effective solutions are given to our end users
* Ensure proper testing is conducted prior to any change to production infrastructure
* Write and develop Policies and Procedures for devices in MDM environment
* Write and develop training information for end users and service desk to ensure best practices are being followed and proper support resolution
* Ensure security of corporate data and PHI is protected with NIST standards
* Logging and Auditing of the MDM environment as required
* License Management for MDM environment
* Technical training and mentoring for Mobility resources
* Advanced Mobile Content Management Features configuration and troubleshooting which includes Content types setup, Content Policies enforcement, DLP, logging, etc.
* Problem Management in MMD Environment
* Severity 1 & Severity 2 Incidents Resolution, its RCA analysis and reporting
REQUIREMENTS:
* 10+ years of related IT experience
* Advanced experience troubleshooting of Enterprise Mobility Infrastructure
* Networking background is a plus
* Broad knowledge of troubleshooting procedures and good analytic skills
* Ability to work in a high volume environment
* Good customer service and communication skills
Technical Requirements:
* (Airwatch/MobileIron/MaaS360/Xenmobile/Intune) in a large enterprise environments which includes installation, configuration and advanced troubleshooting of the mobility Infrastructure
* Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and troubleshooting an enterprise Mobility infrastructure in an Enterprise environment >20,000 devices
* Knowledge of Wireless Networking, Active Sync, Certificate Services, LDAP Services, Network Access Control is essential
* Hands-on experience with setting and managing Containerized Services for Mobile services
* Hands-on experience with publishing applications over a secure channel
* Hands-on experience with VPN clients and settings
* Knowledge of Various Device Monitoring, Management, Reporting tools is an added advantage
* Knowledge of AD/LDAP, AZURE and Office 365 environment's and how to integrate these infrastructure elements to our MDM
* Ability to leverage APIs to automate MDM admin tasks
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
