Job Details

Job Title: Oracle Cloud GL & Financial Accounting Lead
Location: Hybrid - Montgomery, AL (50% travel to client location)
Duration: 12 months

Description:

  • Analyze and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and system analysis.
  • Design and propose Oracle Cloud GL and FAH solutions that align with business needs and project objectives.
  • Lead the review and re-design of client Chart of Accounts (COA) structures to improve reporting and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and Deloitte project teams to ensure successful design, configuration, and implementation.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to confirm solutions meet business and functional requirements.
  • Provide training, guidance, and post-implementation support to end-users.
  • Lead and facilitate design sessions and workshops independently, ensuring clear communication of Oracle solution capabilities and design decisions.


Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle Apps General Ledger
  • 6+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub
  • 6+ years of experience in Oracle Apps Finance
  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle Apps Record to Report (R2R)
  • Proven experience leading Oracle Cloud GL and FAH implementations.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, COA design, and financial processes.
  • Ability to lead client workshops and design sessions with minimal supervision.
